Warranty Information

At Elevated Living, we stand behind the quality of the products we supply and work with trusted manufacturers who provide long-term warranty coverage for both adjustable beds and mattresses.
 

10 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty

Our adjustable beds and mattresses are supplied with a 10 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Warranty coverage applies from the original date of purchase.
 

What the Warranty Covers

The manufacturer’s warranty generally covers:

  • structural defects

  • manufacturing faults

  • defects in materials or workmanship

  • malfunction of adjustable bed components under normal use

Where a valid warranty claim is approved, the manufacturer may choose to:

  • repair the product

  • replace the product or component

  • provide replacement parts
     

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear

  • accidental damage

  • misuse or improper use

  • commercial use unless specified

  • damage caused by incorrect assembly or handling

  • stains, spills, burns, or pet damage

  • comfort preference changes over time

  • minor settling or softening of mattress materials consistent with normal use
     

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product has a warranty issue, please contact us with:

  • your proof of purchase

  • a description of the issue

  • photographs or videos where applicable

We will assist you in working with the manufacturer to assess and resolve the matter as efficiently as possible.
 

Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law.
