Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas & Pricing

At Elevated Living, we aim to make delivery of your new adjustable bed as simple and transparent as possible.

We offer a flat delivery fee of $250 for all deliveries within 100 kilometres of major Australian cities.

For deliveries outside these areas, additional freight charges may apply and will need to be quoted separately prior to purchase.

If you are unsure whether your location falls within our standard delivery zone, please contact us for a delivery quote.

Door-to-Door Delivery

All deliveries are provided on a door-to-door basis only.

For workplace safety and insurance reasons, delivery drivers are not permitted to bring goods inside your home, upstairs, or into specific rooms.

Assembly & Installation

Our adjustable beds are designed to be relatively straightforward to assemble. However, the components are large and heavy, and in many cases assembly may require two people.

For customers who would prefer assistance, we also offer a full installation and setup service for an additional fee.

Please contact us prior to delivery if you would like to arrange installation.

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and product availability. Estimated delivery times will be provided when your order is confirmed.

Inspection on Arrival

Please inspect your goods upon delivery. If there is any visible damage to packaging or products, notify the delivery driver immediately and contact us as soon as possible.
