Returns & Refunds Policy

At Elevated Living Australia,we encourage customers to carefully review product information and discuss any questions with us prior to purchase to ensure the most suitable adjustable bed and sleep solution is selected. We offer personalised consultations and mobile showroom demonstrations for customers who would like assistance before ordering.

Change of Mind Policy

Due to hygiene and health considerations, mattresses, adjustable beds, pillows, and other sleep products cannot be returned for a refund or exchange where a customer changes their mind after delivery or use.

Please choose carefully before confirming your order.​

Faulty or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly

Depending on the situation remedies may include:-

  • repair

  • replacement

  • refund

  • parts replacement

  • manufacturer warranty support

We may request photographs or further information to assist with the assessment process.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
 

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Delivery Issues

Please inspect products upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours if there are any concerns regarding damage, missing items, or incorrect products supplied.

Warranty Claims

Many products supplied by Elevated Living include manufacturer warranties. Warranty periods and coverage may vary depending on the product and manufacturer.

If you experience an issue during the warranty period, please contact us and we will assist in facilitating the warranty process.

Refund Timelines

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of approval. Once released, the funds will be returned via your original payment method. Please note that banks and financial institutions may take additional time to clear these transactions into your account.

  • Standard processing: Up to 7 days from bed collection and inspection
  • Non-refundable items: Shipping fees and premium white-glove installation charges
  • Original method: Refunds must be returned to the same card or account used for purchase
